Report History
Access past daily reports to track your child's activities over time. Review meals, naps, activities, and more from previous days.

1. Accessing Report History
To view past daily reports:
- Navigate to Reports in the sidebar menu
- You'll see the most recent reports by default
- Scroll down to load older reports, or use the date picker
Reports are displayed as cards showing the date, report status, and a summary of activities.
3. Filtering Reports
If you have multiple children, you can filter reports:
Use the child selector to view reports for a specific child only.
Select "All Children" to see reports for all your enrolled children.
4. What's Included in Reports
Each daily report contains detailed information about your child's day:
What was served and how much your child ate.
When and how long your child slept.
Diaper change times or bathroom visits.
How your child felt throughout the day.
What activities your child participated in.
Any special observations or messages from teachers.
5. How Long Reports Are Kept
KidsDaily keeps your child's reports accessible so you can look back at their time at the center:
All reports remain accessible throughout your child's enrollment.
Reports are typically retained for a period after enrollment ends. Contact your center for their specific policy.
Recommendation: If you want to keep a permanent record, consider saving important reports. Take screenshots or download photos from special days.
