4. Managing Your Payment Methods
Keep your payment methods up to date:

When a card expires, add the new card and remove the old one.
Click the delete icon to remove a saved payment method.
When Cards Expire
You'll receive a notification when a saved card is about to expire. Add your new card before the expiration date to avoid payment disruptions, especially if you have autopay enabled.
Tip: If you have autopay enabled, make sure to update your default payment method before it expires to avoid failed payments.
5. Security & Privacy
Your payment information is protected:
Payment details are stored securely by Stripe, not in KidsDaily.
All payment data is encrypted when sent over the internet.
Only the last 4 digits of your card or account number are shown.
Your childcare center cannot see your full card or account numbers.
Best Practices
- Only add payment methods on secure networks
- Remove payment methods you no longer use
- Regularly check your bank statements for accuracy
- Report any suspicious charges immediately to your center and bank
