Navigating the Portal
Learn your way around the KidsDaily parent portal. Find daily reports, photos, calendar events, and more with ease.

1. The Dashboard
When you log in, you'll land on your Dashboard. This is your home base showing the most important information at a glance:
See all enrolled children with their photos and classrooms.
Check-in time and current attendance status.
Quick view of meals, naps, and activities for today.
See what's coming up at the center.
3. Switching Between Children
If you have more than one child enrolled, you can easily switch between their profiles:
- Look for the child selector at the top of the screen
- Click or tap on your child's name or photo
- Select the child you want to view
- The page will update to show that child's information
Tip: Some views like the Dashboard show all children at once. The Reports and Progress sections let you filter by individual child or view all.
4. Key Sections
Here's what you'll find in each major section:
Reports
View daily activity reports including meals, naps, diaper changes, mood, activities, and teacher notes. Access past reports by scrolling through dates.
Notes & Progress
See observations, photos, and developmental milestones shared by teachers. This is where you'll find special moments and progress updates.
Calendar
View the monthly calendar with events, holidays, and closures. RSVP to events that require a response.
Attendance
Review attendance history, report absences, and see check-in/out times.
Billing
View and pay invoices, manage payment methods, and set up autopay.
5. Quick Actions
Some common tasks are available as quick actions from the dashboard:
Quickly let the center know your child won't be coming.
Jump directly to the full reports section.
Access enrollment applications and forms.
