Viewing Invoices
Access and review your childcare invoices from your center. Learn how to find invoices, understand invoice details, and keep track of your billing history.

1. Accessing Your Invoices
To view your invoices:
- Log in to the parent portal
- Click Billing in the sidebar menu
- You'll see a list of all invoices for your account
Invoices are displayed with the most recent at the top.
See the invoice number, date, amount, and status at a glance.
2. Understanding Invoice Status
Each invoice has a status that tells you where it stands:
The invoice is being prepared and hasn't been finalized yet.
The invoice has been sent and is awaiting payment.
Payment has been received in full.
The payment due date has passed without full payment.
Note: If an invoice is overdue, please make a payment as soon as possible or contact your center if you need to discuss payment arrangements.
3. Invoice Details
Click on any invoice to view its complete details:
See each charge broken down with descriptions and amounts.
The dates the invoice covers (e.g., monthly tuition period).
When payment is expected.
The full amount due, including any credits or adjustments.
Common Invoice Items
- Tuition - Regular childcare fees
- Registration - One-time enrollment fees
- Late Fees - Charges for late payments or late pickups
- Materials - Activity or supply fees
- Credits - Adjustments or discounts applied
4. Downloading Invoices
You can download invoices for your records:
Click the download button on an invoice to save it as a PDF.
Print invoices directly from the PDF for your files.
Tip: Download invoices if you need them for tax purposes, employer childcare benefits, or flexible spending account (FSA) reimbursements.
5. Invoice History
Keep track of all your past invoices:
Access all invoices from your time at the center.
Filter to see only paid, pending, or overdue invoices.
See payment dates and methods used for each invoice.
