Understanding Daily Reports

Daily reports give you a complete picture of your child's day at the center. Learn what's included and how to make the most of this information.

What's in a Daily Report?

Each daily report includes detailed information about your child's activities, meals, and well-being throughout the day.

Mood & Wellness

How your child was feeling today - happy, tired, fussy, etc. Teachers may note if anything seemed different from usual.

Meals & Snacks

What your child ate and how much - breakfast, lunch, snacks. Helpful for planning dinner and tracking nutrition.

Nap Time

When your child napped and for how long. This helps you plan bedtime and understand their energy levels.

Activities

What your child did today - art projects, outdoor play, circle time, and learning activities.

Photos & Videos

Pictures and videos from the day. You can download these to save and share with family.

Teacher Notes

Personal messages from your child's teachers about highlights, milestones, or things to know.
