1. Where to Find Announcements
Announcements from your center can be found in several places:
Check the Notifications section in the portal for all announcements.
Recent important announcements may appear on your dashboard.
Announcements are also delivered to your email inbox.
2. Types of Announcements
Your center may send various types of announcements:
Emergency closures, health alerts, or time-sensitive information.
Policy changes, staff updates, or facility news.
Details about upcoming events, performances, or activities.
Deadline reminders, supply requests, or form due dates.
Regular center newsletters with photos, updates, and highlights.
3. How You'll Be Notified
When your center sends an announcement:
If you have the app installed with notifications enabled, you'll get an instant alert.
The full announcement is sent to your registered email address.
Shows up in your notification center within the portal.
Tip: Make sure your email address is up to date in your profile settings so you don't miss any important announcements.
4. Staying Informed
To make sure you never miss important updates:
Turn on push notifications and email notifications for announcements.
Log in to the portal periodically to catch up on any updates.
Add the center's email to your contacts so messages don't go to spam.
Don't just skim! Important details might be in the middle of a message.
Multiple Guardians: If both parents want to receive announcements, make sure both have accounts set up with notification preferences enabled.
